Originally part of Gymnastics of York, which has been training gymnasts for over 40 years, we expanded to Shrewsbury under the leadership of Head Coach Justin. Our Shrewsbury program began in a small rented room at MGM Dance Studio, located on the second floor of the Factory. Despite the limited space and equipment, our program quickly surpassed our expectations, thanks to the incredible support of our parents during that first year. In September 2011, we moved into our own 2,500 sq ft space on the third floor of the Factory on Forrest Ave. Even in this modest facility, we grew to an amazing 200 gymnasts—a true testament to our coaches and the strength of our program. After navigating three years of challenges and red tape, we finally moved into our very own 11,250 sq ft building in June 2013. With this new space and upgraded equipment, we can continue to grow our program and deliver even better service to all of our gymnastics families.

Our competition team program is designed for athletes who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level once they reach our Junior Team. We compete in both the Xcel and Developmental (Level 6-10) programs, providing supportive training that helps our athletes reach their full potential while maintaining a healthy balance with their other interests.
Important Information: Competition is never required at Shrewsbury Gymnastics. If your child decides to compete, we require a minimum of 2 days per week for practice.
We offer robust training in both Xcel and Developmental programs, and value each program equally - neither is treated as secondary.

Coaches set their own rates. Our private lessons offer focused, individualized training tailored to your gymnast's specific needs and goals. Whether your child is working to master a challenging skill, preparing for team placement, or simply wants extra attention to build confidence, our experienced coaches provide the dedicated instruction that makes all the difference.
